Your power is in believing you can go wherever you want and thinking about how to maneuver through life to get there.

Knowing Your Power
Being empowered is knowing how power works. Knowing the Law of Attraction, Karma, Cause and Effect, whatever you name it is using this Power for good that is yours effectively. Take a look at the Article below on Law of attraction written by Christie Whitman and begin activating Your Power with results you desire.
The Law Of Attraction
The Law of Attraction states that whatever is broadcast out into the universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance or vibration. The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the Universe. Everything in the Universe is energy. All energy has a vibration, radiates a signal, and attracts a matching signal back. Thoughts and feelings are also energy. When we send out our thoughts, our thoughts have a certain vibration, which then radiates a signal, and a matching signal is then sent back to the source of that signal. If we think thoughts of abundance, that vibration is sent out into the universe. The abundance signal is sent out and we receive back matching energy in the form of abundance. The same is true if we arethinking thoughts of lack or limitation. If we are feeling that something we have in our experience is not good enough, we are sending out that vibration and signal and the universe by the Law of Attraction brings us more of what we think is not good enough. The Law of Attraction delivers both what is wanted and what is unwanted depending on the signal we send out to the Universe. You attract what you are and that which you concentrate upon. If you are feeling negative emotions, you draw in and experience negativity. If you are feeling positive emotions, you draw in and experience positive life experiences. You can attract to you only those qualities you possess. So, if you want freedom and joy in your life, you must feel what it already feels like to feel freedom and joy in your life right now. This Universal Law demonstrates how we create the things, events, and people that come into our lives. Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn, attract like energies.
The Law of Attraction, also known as Cause and Effect or Sowing and Reaping is, like all Universal Laws, extremely important to understand and implement if you are to learn to purposefully and consciously attract the things into your life that you most desire. It is equally as important is to learn how not to attract those things that you do not desire. Most of us are focused on what we don’t want, and with our attention on what we don’t want, we create more of what we don’t want. The way to work in alignment with the Law of Attraction is to be aware of what you are giving your attention to. Whatever we give our energy, focus, and attention to, whether wanted or unwanted is what we will attract into out lives. For those that choose to consciously and deliberately create a life of abundance and joy, becoming aware of how this law works is very important. The Law of Attraction, like all the Universal laws, is verifiable, unwavering and predictable. You can then implement it, to attract to yourself, the things that prior to this knowledge, seemed to happen only by chance. How you deliberately choose your thoughts and feelings is important in order to become a person that deliberately creates your life.
Scientific Look at The Law Of Attraction I am not a scientific type of person. When I first started to apply the Law of Attraction, I had no idea how it worked, nor did I care. I just wanted to see extraordinary results in my life, so I started to apply it. My life literally changed over night. I created money out-of-the-blue, top rankings in my profession, my dream house and since then have created my ideal relationship, my dream car, success in my business, and my ideal career. There is no doubt in my mind that the Law of Attraction is a viable and powerful force. I have personally seen the amazing power it has had not only in my life, but in all of the many lives of my coaching clients. My point is, you don’t have to know how it works to work with it.
But . . . for you more analytical people that want to know how it works, there is an example of how to explain this law in the full ebook, The Laws of the Universe:You must know what you are wanting and where you want to go in your life. You must consciously direct the power. Clarity through contrast-observe what you want and get clarity by noticing what you don’t want. There is a process for this in the ebook. Make a list of your desires. For 15 minutes every day work, change, and upgrade the list. Keep silent about this. Get in a good feeling place (good vibration) about your un- manifested desires. Writing in a journal is the act of growing and empowering yourself. Writing what you think and feel allows you to bring forth what beliefs you hold and affirming your truth. It also allows you to release anything you no longer want to carry in mind. Some questions you can ask yourself and then write the answers in your journal are
What am I passionate about?
How do I want this day to unfold (if you write at the beginning of the day)?
And, if you write at the end of the day, list those things that were inspiring to you and what you feel appreciation for about your day.
Keeping a journal gives you a true perspective on yourself. Everytime you record, you are checking your inner compass to know what direction you are going. You need that reflection back to remind you of your purpose, especially whether you are living your life “on purpose” or not. It’s a great way to redirect your thinking when needed. You are guided by your feelings when you write.
To achieve real empowerment, you need to be confident and at peace with every part of you. The hardest part of getting started is to just do it. Celebrate that you desire to be more than you are right where you are. Honor your journey and the courage it takes for you to go deeper into self-contemplation. You must have some reason for wanting to become empowered or more empowered. Perhaps you experienced some kind of discontent with yourself, or you experienced feeling powerless. Whatever the reason, you are motivated to start. Know that right where you are is okay. Celebrate that you have said “yes” to life. When I attended meetings at the New York Road Runners Club during my trainings for the marathon, the one thing that inspired me the most was that the facilitator said, “if you get to the start at the Verrazano Narrows Bridge in Staten Island, the first island of five that you will run through, you are already a winner.” You are already successful.
You are always in a good place when you are at the beginning. In other words if you don’t like where you are in life and want to change, it doesn’t matter because becoming cognizant of how you feel, brings you to the beginning of something new. That’s good because now you start out knowing what not to do. Therefore, your chances are greater. Whatever you set out to do, you will be successful. And if not, you just come back to the beginning and start again until you get it the way you want it to be. Instead of focusing on everything you disliked about your life, you get more inspired to succeed at what you desire.

Our Perfect Gift
While listening to this morning's talk at my Spiritual Center, I thought about my gift. We all have a gift that we bring to our world. It came as a surprise to me because I never thought of myself as a git. I heard the minister say that "I am a masterpiece unfolding. I often think of other people who offer something to the world like famous artists and some world leaders as well as Nobel prize winners, but when asked "What is your gift? and What are you doing to support your genius that is emerging?" I got to thinking what is my gift.
My success in reaching another goal set by me is before me now yet I don't feel all that exciting. Why? I ask myself. What is missing in me that I don't see myself as a gift? What gift am I not receiving by not knowing? I have the gift of writing or I wouldn't have completed my book. When I didn't feel excited about writing which meant I wasn't always feeling capable of being able to do it, I called upon Spirit and received support. Many days I did this and many times I felt support. Those times were exciting because I ultimately got my writing done. What was happening for me and to me during those times was a sacred time. I was able to move away from my negative thoughts of what I couldn't do and tap into my higher self where I express my divine self. That was me activating a power within me. For this gift inherent in me and in all of us, I feel eternally grateful.
I know my book is a success. I set the goal and wrote it and that means I am a success. We are all made in the likeness of Spirit. Therefore, anyone and everyone is a success at what they choose to complete. Find your genius and get the support from within and enjoy the gift you have been given.

VIDA FACIL

Fear of falling and loud noises are the only two fears inherent in humans. All other fears are learned. When we think we are afraid of something, it is a learned behavior and like all behaviors, it can be changed.
All thoughts have a frequency. Fear and love have a different frequency. What you want and what you don't want are at a different frequency. What you get when you are empowered is a cohesiveness in your frequencies and therefore live a more balanced life.
The most powerful tool you have to energize your mind, body, and spirit is to know that your life is an out -picture of what your mind is thinking. In other words you always have in consciousness what you see in your experience.
We say affirmations to have new experiences. However, when those affirmations are placed into an old paradigm, they will not manifest. We change our old way of thinking first, then the new experiences we want demonstrate.
How do we change them? We can start by watching what we say. Are you in fear or in love? When you are in conversation, watch what words you use. If you speak of dire times, it represents what you believe. Avoid words that are negative in nature. More importantly disengage in conversations that dwell on all the drama in your life or in the world. Speak about life's gifts and how they show up in your life. See challenges not as a drain on life but an opportunity to grow. Empower yourself by choosing thoughts that serve you. Choose conversations that lift you up.
Don't focus on the breaths you take, focus on the things that take your breath away.

EFFORTLESS LIVING
Good Monday morning. With another week before us, we are presented with another opportunity to grow. I spoke yesterday morning at the Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living (video to be posted soon). The topic was Effortless Living. While we want to have a life that is in the flow, there is more to do than affirming it so. That doesn't mean we have to put effort out to get to that place of total peace and joy, but mental work can be harder than physical work. The mental work I spoke about is changing an old paradigm that no longer serves you. In fact you cause more distress thinking the same old way. Then we put new affirmations into our thought process and don't see the results we desire. We state affirmations into old paradigms. Challenges do come up and I'm not saying they are to be gone forever when you live an effortless life, but the challenges that arise are opportunities for us to move from good to greater good.
Here is something to try this week. Release all fear. The way to do that is to know that fear does not exist. It is a deluded perception that it is possible to experience a lack of love in your life. To release this deluded perception, understand that you are always filled with and surrounded by unconditional love. Whenever you feel fear, bring forth this unconditional love and you'll find the fear will disappear immediately. Fear and love cannot live in the same house. Activate your power this week and watch as your life unfolds beautifully.

Empowering yourself is the journey out of limited living and into greater existence. Every day is lived in the consciousness of Oneness with Spirit. Empowerment means having a personal vision about how you intend to live your life. The process involves rearranging your neurological patterning. You are no longer your thoughts. You observe your thoughts. You are not your emotions but you feel your emotions. You claim your Divine right to experience happiness and to be successful. You are thankful for everything. You have the power to accept who you are and to love who you are. You trust your higher self, and become one with the ever-present indwelling of the Spirit expressing Itself as you. You give yourself permission and the right to decide what to reject and what to retain. Stepping out of your comfort zone no longer meets with resistance. You embrace the opportunity because you know it is a way for you to grow. Your life is approached from a very different perspective when you come from empowerment. Deciding to improve yourself is a natural undertaking. You realize that you can and want to be all that you can. Those who desire empowerment, develop patience, a commitment to living their truth and staying connected with their higher self. Know that you are always supported and have the wisdom of knowing that everything you need is already yours waiting to be activated. There are numerous opportunities before you to continue on your journey. It is not about being in control of your life. It shows up as a disciplined life. What does this look and feel like? Unlimited living is about being authentic, living with confidence and passion.

Create a Powerful Environment
Having an empowered life includes an environment that supports and nourishes you. When you came into this world, you made demands right from the start. When you were hungry you cried. While you no longer cry when you are uncomfortable and there's likely no one who comes to you to make you feel good again if you should, there are things you can do to create an environment that works or you.
Empowerment is from within. There are no shortcuts to power. It is a process you go through where you awaken to a higher consciousness. You gradually form new habits of behavior including the way you think.
Most behaviors are not genetic; they are a product of your early childhood development and life experiences. You can easily form new behaviors.
Empowerment includes what is in your physical world too. Do you surround yourself with empowering people who think powerfully so that you can be nourished and supported in a powerful way? Who you surround yourself with is instrumental in nourishing your environment.
How you think can be empowering or it can be dis-empowering. You don't become powerful from certificates, degrees or promotions on the job. You may hold powerful positions, but that does not make you empowered. Being empowered is not about controlling others. It is an aware person whose level of consciousness transcends conditions and experiences. An empowered person is astute to his or her surroundings and observes them objectively. You respond rather than react to people, places and things.

The Gift of Empowerment
I found my power the day I realized I was giving it away every time I let someone or something else do my thinking. It was a subtle giving away like a new home settling over time. I settled into a life that depended on what others thought, not what I thought. Like you tighten the parts that loosen with time in a new house, I would read another self-help book, attend a seminar or take a class because I was seeking something. And that something I searched for was going to fix me. All I got was a temporary high and some inspiration to take the next step. What I now know is that I didn't need another class. Sure classes are good when you are seeking growth. They also help you to stay focused on your life's purpose in this fast paced world.
When you are empowered, you are more enthusiastic about your life. You have healthier relationships and experience more success because you are following your heart. Are you giving your power away? Is fear to speak your truth holding you back? I grew up letting others define me. Something that I should have been embracing proudly didn't happen. It spread like a disease taking over my mind and body throughout the years creating depression, sleeplessness, food cravings, and alcohol or shopping to numb my anxiety.
I complained to friends, who would listen to me and the drama of my life. The one question one devoted friend kept asking me was "To whom did I give my power?" I was asked this question over a period of months before I really heard it. I had no answer then because I was a know-it-all. Like most professional complainers, I wasn't looking for an answer. I claimed and blamed all my problems on what I thought was missing in my life, an identity. I was so sure that if I didn't have to spend time thinking about my identity, I surely wouldn't be in the predicament where I found myself more than once. Feeling like an outsider, I was living with a victim's consciousness.
Every time I compared myself with other people and felt less than or even better than, I created my own toxicity. I stopped the comparison once I learned to compare the difference in how I was and how God wanted me to be. I immediately began embodying the belief that I was already perfect in the mind of God and began what I call the cleanse. When I connected to my higher source, amazing paradigm shifts began to take place in my life.
Changing my behavior, my pattern of thinking empowered me. Saying yes to life, to my unfolding potential and yes to my dreams opened doors to manifesting anything I desire. Changing my personal history, setting goals that stretched me and made me willing to take risks in order to grow, empowered me.
I no longer live for validation. I live in celebration of my life and belonging to the human race. Empowered I get to celebrate my true self and share my inner gifts and beauty with the world every day.
